You are barely paid anything and it’s 100% based off of commission. As for the commercial side, it’s run by men who use company money to go to clubs and use that money to buy drinks. I’m shocked that this company is still operational based on how poorly it’s run. I’m honestly very embarrassed to have worked there because of how horrible it is and how terrible the office culture is. This entire company is a scam and they even write these reviews themselves.
